Job Overview
Aroma Di Lamore is looking for a creative Graphic Designer / Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, product packaging, and other brand promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create static and motion graphics for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Design marketing materials such as banners, flyers, hoardings, website banners, and carousels.
- Create designs for product packaging, perfume plates, labels, and other brand materials.
- Develop creative content for digital marketing and promotional activities.
- Edit and create short videos and motion graphics as required.
- Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand creative requirements.
- Make design changes and revisions based on feedback.
- Manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of 3D software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual composition.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Experience
- Relevant experience in Graphic Design / Motion Graphics is preferred.
- Experience in social media design, branding, packaging, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

- Good eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Able to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visuals.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
