Staffing Solutions Sales

• Sell staffing solutions for BIM managers, coordinators, engineers, modelers, CAD professionals, architects, and civil, MEP, structural, and design engineers.
• Understand onsite, offshore, remote, dedicated, project-based, short-term, long-term, permanent, and team mobilization staffing models.

Construction Market Development

• Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects across the UAE and GCC.
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, PMCs, and other project stakeholders.
• Track project awards, tenders, mobilizations, and major construction developments.
• Maintain target company, project, contact, and opportunity records and develop key accounts.

Client Meetings and Commercial Proposals

• Understand client requirements including discipline, experience, software expertise, project experience, resource volume, mobilization timeline, duration, location, and budget expectations.
• Prepare proposals, rate cards, quotations, presentations, and staffing solutions.
• Negotiate commercial rates, payment terms, contract duration, replacement terms, and other contractual conditions.
• Support vendor registration, prequalification, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
