Sales & Marketing Manager – BIM Staffing & Engineering Services

Business Development and Client Acquisition

• Develop new business for BIM staffing, engineering staffing, resource outsourcing, and BIM services.
• Identify companies with current and upcoming requirements for BIM and engineering professionals.
• Target contractors, consultants, developers, PMCs, architecture firms, MEP contractors, infrastructure contractors, EPC companies, fit-out contractors, and specialist subcontractors.
• Generate leads through digital outreach, telephone, client visits, referrals, industry events, networking, tender portals, and existing relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and generate short-term and long-term resource deployment enquiries.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.

BIM and Engineering Staffing Sales

• Sell staffing solutions for BIM managers, coordinators, engineers, modelers, architectural, structural, MEP and infrastructure professionals, Civil 3D resources, CAD engineers, designers, architects, and other AEC professionals.
• Understand UAE onsite, offshore or remote, dedicated resource, project-based, short-term, long-term outsourcing, permanent recruitment, and team mobilization models.

Construction Industry Development

• Maintain awareness of ongoing and upcoming construction projects across the UAE and GCC.
• Identify early-stage projects where BIM and engineering manpower may be required.
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, PMCs, and project stakeholders.
• Track project awards, tenders, mobilizations, major developments, target companies, projects, contacts, and opportunities.
• Develop key accounts and generate repeat manpower requirements from existing clients.

Client Meetings and Commercial Proposals

• Understand client requirements including discipline, experience, software expertise, project experience, resource numbers, mobilization timeline, project duration, work location, and budget expectations.
• Coordinate internally to confirm resource availability.
• Prepare commercial proposals, rate cards, quotations, presentations, and staffing solutions.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, contract duration, replacement terms, and other contractual conditions.
• Support vendor registration, prequalification, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.

Requirements

• Strong exposure to the construction or AEC industry is required.
• Experience selling BIM staffing, engineering staffing, resource outsourcing, or BIM services is required.
• Experience with BIM staffing companies, engineering manpower companies, construction recruitment agencies, BIM consultancies, engineering consultancies, or similar AEC service providers is strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand how developers, consultants, contractors, engineering companies, and project management organizations source and deploy engineering resources.
• Ability to understand staffing models including onsite, offshore or remote, dedicated resources, project-based deployment, outsourcing, recruitment, and team mobilization.
