About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients (B2B depending on product) and research target industries and companies
- Contact prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings; build and maintain long term client relationships
- Explain software features and benefits clearly; conduct product demos (online or in person)
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms; close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients; upsell or cross sell additional features/services
- Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor offerings and pricing, provide feedback to product and marketing teams
- Update sales activities in CRM tools; track leads, conversions, and revenue; prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–5+ years in sales (preferably in software/IT/SaaS)
- Experience with B2B sales cycles is often preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, or APIs
- Valid UAE Driving License

Job Requirements

- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, or APIs.
- Familiarity with concepts like Cloud Computing and Customer Relationship Management.
- Negotiation and persuasion, lead handling and closing techniques, objection handling.
- Ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior, forecasting and pipeline management.
- CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, video conferencing tools.
- With a valid UAE Driving License.
