Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients (B2B depending on product) and research target industries and companies.
  • Use tools like CRM systems and outreach platforms to build pipelines.
  • Contact prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Understand customer pain points and business needs.
  • Explain software features and benefits clearly.
  • Conduct product demos (online or in person).
  • Tailor presentations to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Handle objections and follow up effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients; upsell or cross sell additional features/services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–5+ years in sales (preferably in software/IT/SaaS).
  • Experience with B2B sales cycles is often preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, or APIs.
  • Familiarity with concepts like Cloud Computing and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Negotiation and persuasion, lead handling and closing techniques, objection handling.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, video conferencing tools.
  • With a valid UAE Driving License.
