About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors
- Keep the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and reception area clean and organized
- Ensure pantry supplies are adequately stocked
- Clean office furniture, workstations, and common areas regularly
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution
- Deliver documents and packages within the office or to external locations when required
- Collect and distribute mail, courier packages, and office correspondence
- Dispose of waste and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Monitor and report shortages of cleaning materials and office supplies
- Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging office supplies or equipment
- Support administrative staff with simple office tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School graduate
- Basic communication skills in English
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Time management and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
- Basic knowledge of office cleaning and hospitality services
- Previous experience as an office boy, cleaner, or office assistant is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Familiarity with UAE workplace etiquette and safety standards
