Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, ideally within an engineering, industrial, EPC, or project based environment
- Demonstrated track record of managing opportunities from lead generation through to contract award, including exposure to tendering and proposal processes

Introduction
- Responsible for generating sales opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting the tendering process, and achieving order intake targets.
- Focuses on client engagement, opportunity follow up, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring successful conversion of opportunities into awarded projects.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Support business growth across target sectors and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow ups.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them internally.
- Ensure timely response to client requests and inquiries.
- Manage opportunities from lead stage until project award.
- Coordinate with Tendering and Engineering teams during proposal preparation.
- Support bid submissions, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Track opportunity progress and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in sales/marketing is a plus.
- 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, ideally within an engineering, industrial, EPC, or project based environment.
- Demonstrated track record of managing opportunities from lead generation through to contract award, including exposure to tendering and proposal processes.
