Role and Responsibilities

  • The Procurement Specialist supports daily procurement operations by sourcing goods and services and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • The role ensures timely, cost effective purchasing in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Source supplier quotations and assist with price and technical comparisons.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and databases.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and invoices.
  • Assist in supplier evaluation and vendor registration processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong command of the English language.
