- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client, ensuring strong working relationships
- Coordinate and monitor day to day FM service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved
- Support the implementation of account strategies and operational plans in alignment with client expectations
- Track, analyze, and report on service performance, including dashboards and operational reports
- Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient service execution
- Monitor costs and support budget control and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 years of experience in Facilities Management or account coordination roles, including client facing responsibilities
- Exposure to large scale or complex projects/clients preferred
- IFMA certifications (FMP/CFM) and/or PMP preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client, ensuring strong working relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10 years of experience in Facilities Management or account coordination roles, including client facing responsibilities.
- Exposure to large scale or complex projects/clients is preferred.
- IFMA certifications (FMP/CFM) and/or PMP, or equivalent professional certifications, are preferred.
