Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the company's customer base across retail, wholesale, project, and industrial sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long term relationships with distributors and dealers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports
- Coordinate with procurement and product management teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricing
- Drive brand development and market penetration for the company's tool portfolio
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years of UAE sales experience in Power Tools, Hand Tools, Abrasives, Industrial Tools
- Strong network within UAE tool dealers, distributors, industrial customers, and construction sectors
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts

- We are expanding our Tools Division and are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to lead business development and drive market growth across the UAE.
Role Description
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for Power Tools, Hand Tools, Abrasives, Cutting & Grinding Discs, Drill Bits, Tool Accessories, and related industrial products.
- The role requires strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and an established customer network within the UAE trading and industrial sectors.
