- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and hardware stores
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and follow ups
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in Power Tools, Hand Tools, and Abrasives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Self motivated with a passion for sales and business development
- Knowledge of the UAE tools and hardware market is an advantage
