- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Role Description
- Oversee and grow a portfolio of clients focusing on logistics and delivery solutions.
- Identify and qualify new leads, conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate with operations and customer service teams.
- Track sales performance and report on pipeline, revenue, and market trends.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and participate in business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales management, business development, and account management within logistics.
- Strong abilities in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Competence in market research, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in or with Middle Eastern markets; familiarity with Iraqi market is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah Emirate and travel as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is beneficial.
