Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales and order targets
- Develop sales strategies for fulfilment, 3PL, warehousing, COD, delivery, and shipping services
- Target GCC e commerce brands, online sellers, distributors, and international companies
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, calls, referrals, and market research
- Train the sales team on pitching, follow up, objection handling, and closing
- Monitor daily sales activity, CRM updates, calls, meetings, quotations, and closed deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the team in closing large or strategic clients
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
- Report weekly and monthly performance to management
Requirements
- Previous experience as Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, e commerce, shipping, or 3PL is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals
- Good English and Arabic communication skills
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM, email outreach, and sales follow up

Job Summary
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the fulfillment sales team, building a strong sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals with GCC e commerce companies and international clients.
