- Manage the sales portfolio of MENA & International Markets
- Open new sales channels and develop new partnerships/alliances
- Demonstrate and present organization's solutions to clients effectively
- Review sales performance for meeting targets
- Forecast and report updates to Head of Sales and GCEO
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients for boosting sales and revenue
- Achieve monthly or annual targets by meeting clients and rigorous follow ups
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings for building prospects
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Determine customer's needs and desires by specifying research needed to obtain market information
- Work closely with senior sales leadership to define optimal performance measurements and management programs

Sales Manager Responsibilities

- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings for building prospects (Seamless UAE, Gitex, Ingenico events, Mastercard events)
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Determine customer's needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
- Work closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. Align reporting and training programs with these performance management priorities.
