Job Overview

  • Responsible for generating sales opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting the tendering process, and achieving order intake targets.
  • Focuses on client engagement, opportunity follow up, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring successful conversion of opportunities into awarded projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Support business growth across target sectors and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate them internally.
  • Ensure timely response to client requests and inquiries.
  • Manage opportunities from lead stage until project award.
  • Coordinate with Tendering and Engineering teams during proposal preparation.
  • Support bid submissions, clarifications, and negotiations.
  • Track opportunity progress and client feedback.
