Sales Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business across corporate, government, leisure, and group market segments.
• Manage key accounts and conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations.
• Negotiate agreements, contracts, and room rates within approved commercial guidelines.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, reports, and forecasts.
• Coordinate confirmed business with hotel departments and maintain accurate CRM and hotel system records.
• Monitor markets and competitors, represent the hotel at industry events, and recommend sales strategies.
• Follow IHG brand standards, hotel policies, and commercial procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Three to five years of hotel sales experience, including at least two years in a four- or five-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, government, leisure, and group sales segments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Delphi, Opera, or similar CRM and hotel sales systems.
• Excellent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
