Role Overview

Your Day to Day

• Create and produce desserts, pastries, cakes, bread, and other baked goods.
• Develop recipes and use baking techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
• Seek inspiration and innovation to provide unique offerings to guests.
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient pastry kitchen.
• Clean workstations, equipment, and utensils and follow hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Meet health and safety regulations.
• Deliver warm, welcoming service consistent with Holiday Inn standards.

What We Need From You

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Personality, originality, creativity, focus, and passion for delivering strong results.
