Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities include driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The Sales Manager will create and execute sales plans, conduct market analyses, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

In addition, the role involves meeting sales targets and preparing periodic sales reports to evaluate performance and inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals.
  • Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clientele and internal teams.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to mentor and guide a sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales platforms is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
