Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple hotel properties.
  • Consolidate and standardize financial reporting to support informed decision making.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Strengthen internal controls across Finance, F&B, Procurement, Payroll, and operational functions.
  • Manage CAPEX planning, investment evaluations, and ensure strong Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Track and improve key hotel performance indicators, including RevPAR, GOPPAR, and Flow Through.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA requirements, VAT (15%), and Phase 2 E Invoicing.
  • Oversee audits, reconciliations, financial governance, and risk management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the hotel industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager position.
  • Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple hotel properties.
  • At least 5 years of experience overseeing F&B, Procurement, and Payroll financial controls.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing CAPEX projects and evaluating ROI.
  • Proven experience monitoring and improving hotel KPIs, including RevPAR, GOPPAR, and Flow Through.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands on experience with ZATCA regulations, VAT (15%), and Phase 2 E Invoicing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi regulatory, taxation, and compliance framework.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
