Sales Manager
to lead and grow our chocolate sales business.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG or confectionery sales, with the ability to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the chocolate industry.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast future sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to support product launches and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in sales management, preferably in chocolate, confectionery, or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.
