- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CAD or modeling software
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail
- Willingness to work on site in Riyadh Region
- Prior internship or project experience in construction or engineering is an advantage
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial
