• Team handling experience in real estate industry
• Self-motivated person who is willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients
• Strong negotiation and selling skills with proven record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiation ability.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, establish client relationships, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring excellent customer service at all stages.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including familiarity with local regulations and procedures.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Must hold a valid UAE driver's license and a car.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (excellent English language is a must)
