- Oversee lead management, ensuring proper follow up, conversion, and CRM tracking
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities
- Support agents in closing deals, negotiations, and client relationship management
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to build a high performing team
- Collaborate with marketing and management to align campaigns with sales objectives
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in real estate brokerage
- Strong background in both off plan and secondary market sales (mandatory)
- Minimum 5–8 years of real estate experience, including leadership responsibilities
- In depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate platforms
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and drive performance improvements
- Real estate license (preferred/mandatory as per local regulations)
- Highly organized, target driven, and results oriented mindset

Job Description
- We are seeking a results driven, experienced, and motivational Sales Manager to lead our real estate brokerage team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Secondary market sales and Off plan, along with proven leadership skills to train, mentor, and drive a high performing sales team.
- This role requires a hands on leader who can develop winning sales strategies, oversee daily team operations, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
