Job Description

  • We are seeking a results driven, experienced, and motivational Sales Manager to lead our real estate brokerage team.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Secondary market sales and Off plan, along with proven leadership skills to train, mentor, and drive a high performing sales team.
  • This role requires a hands on leader who can develop winning sales strategies, oversee daily team operations, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching, including product knowledge, market insights, and sales pitch development.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off plan and secondary property markets.
  • Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one on one coaching sessions.
  • Oversee lead management, ensuring proper follow up, conversion, and CRM tracking.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Support agents in closing deals, negotiations, and client relationship management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to build a high performing team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in real estate brokerage.
  • Strong background in both off plan and secondary market sales (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of real estate experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • In depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
  • Real estate license (preferred/mandatory as per local regulations).
  • Highly organized, target driven, and results oriented mindset.
