About the Role
Homes 4 Life Real Estate Broker LLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. You will prospect leads, conduct property viewings, and manage the sales process for residential and commercial properties.

- Prospect and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and manage the end to end sales process
- Build and maintain a client portfolio, advising on market trends, pricing, financing, and investment opportunities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal divisions such as leasing and property advisory
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up consistently with clients
Requirements
- Proven real estate sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate market
- Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
- Valid UAE Driving License

Role Description
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and manage end to end sales process
- Build and maintain a client portfolio, advise on market trends, pricing, financing, and investment opportunities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal divisions such as leasing and property advisory
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up consistently with clients, work toward sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven real estate sales experience with consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate market
- Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage or property advisory is mandatory
