Sales Manager – Off-Plan Properties

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed about new launches, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to the sales team.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and events.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum **3-4 years of experience** in off-plan property sales in **Dubai**.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and major developers.
• Proven sales track record in off-plan properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA certification is a plus.
