About the Role
Essity seeks a Sales Manager for the Middle East and North Africa region, based in Dubai, to lead and develop the sales organization for Professional Hygiene (TORK brand). The role involves coaching, sales planning, forecasting, and customer negotiation.

Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and develop the respective sales organization in terms of its structure, people and performance to achieve maximum efficiency & effectiveness
- Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
- Translate local business plans into sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day to day activities of a sales team
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunities areas and adapt procedures
- Allocate resources according to up to date customer categorization to improve the overall performance of the sales team
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization
- Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans/strategies for area of responsibility
- Responsible for customer profitability, generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Commercial / Marketing tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of HORECA, Healthcare, Commercial and/or Industrial segments, key drivers, channels, distribution and purchasing practices
- Extensive knowledge of away from home / professional hygiene business
- Minimum of 5 years successful KAM / Sales Management experience in Professional Hygiene / B2B in a multinational
- Ability to travel to domestic and international locations
- Adaptable to change, motivated and able to work independently to execute priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 package with good presentation skills and knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP)
- Must be able to establish and maintain relationships for effective partnerships with excellent negotiating skills and operational decision making ability
- Must be highly self motivated and capable of leading a team to achieve & deliver stretched targets

About the Role

- Essity is looking for a Sales Manager Middle East & North Africa based in Dubai (UAE) reporting to Commercial Director MEIA.
- In this role the successful candidate will be required to accelerate the expansion strategy, give dedicated local line management supervision, coaching and development to a team of salespeople.
What You Will Do
- Lead, direct and develop the respective sales organization in terms of its structure, people and performance to achieve maximum efficiency & effectiveness (including personal feedback & development).
- Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
- Translate local business plans into sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day to day activities of a sales team (in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy) for an assigned geography, channel, and/or customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunities areas and adapt procedures.
