- Lead, direct and develop the sales organization to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures and standards
- Translate local business plans into sales plans, activities, and campaigns
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs
- Allocate resources according to customer categorization
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers of strategic importance
- Contribute to development of sales, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans
- Responsible for customer profitability and generate market/competitor knowledge
Requirements
- Commercial/Marketing tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years successful KAM/Sales Management experience in Professional Hygiene/B2B in a multinational
- Knowledge of HORECA, Healthcare, Commercial and/or Industrial segments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP (or similar ERP)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Excellent negotiating skills and operational decision making ability

About the Role
- Essity is the leading global player in professional hygiene with the global TORK brand.
- Looking for a Sales Manager Middle East & North Africa based in Dubai, reporting to Commercial Director MEIA.
- The role requires accelerating expansion strategy and providing dedicated local line management supervision, coaching and development to a sales team.
What You Will Do
- Lead, direct and develop the respective sales organization in terms of structure, people and performance.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures and standards.
- Translate local business plans into sales plans, activities, and campaigns.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs.
- Allocate resources according to up to date customer categorization.
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers of strategic importance.
- Contribute to development of sales, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.
- Responsible for customer profitability and generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities.
Who You Are
- Must have a Commercial / Marketing tertiary qualification.
- Knowledge of HORECA, Healthcare, Commercial and/or Industrial segments.
- Must have extensive knowledge of away from home / professional hygiene business.
- Minimum of 5 years successful KAM / Sales Management experience in Professional Hygiene / B2B in a multinational.
- Ability to travel to domestic and international locations.
- Adaptable to change, motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 package with good presentation skills and knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP).
- Must be able to establish and maintain relationships for effective partnerships with excellent negotiating skills.
