About the Role

  • Essity is the leading global player in professional hygiene with the global TORK brand.
  • Looking for a Sales Manager Middle East & North Africa based in Dubai, reporting to Commercial Director MEIA.
  • The role requires accelerating expansion strategy and providing dedicated local line management supervision, coaching and development to a sales team.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, direct and develop the respective sales organization in terms of structure, people and performance.
  • Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures and standards.
  • Translate local business plans into sales plans, activities, and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs.
  • Allocate resources according to up to date customer categorization.
  • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers of strategic importance.
  • Contribute to development of sales, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.
  • Responsible for customer profitability and generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities.

Who You Are

  • Must have a Commercial / Marketing tertiary qualification.
  • Knowledge of HORECA, Healthcare, Commercial and/or Industrial segments.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of away from home / professional hygiene business.
  • Minimum of 5 years successful KAM / Sales Management experience in Professional Hygiene / B2B in a multinational.
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international locations.
  • Adaptable to change, motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 package with good presentation skills and knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP).
  • Must be able to establish and maintain relationships for effective partnerships with excellent negotiating skills.
