- Develop and execute the annual sales strategy in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead market expansion initiatives and establish strategic partnerships to drive new revenue streams.
- Manage high-value strategic accounts and lead complex, high-stakes negotiations.
- Build leadership pipelines through succession planning, talent development, and career progression frameworks.
- Lead revenue forecasting, sales budgeting.
- Optimize pricing strategy and product positioning to maximize market competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance dashboards; implement corrective actions to address gaps.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between Sales & Operations
- Identify training needs and lead targeted capability-building initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in travel sales, DMC (Destination Management Company), or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of leading, scaling, and mentoring sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding business operations, and entering new markets.
