Role Description

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding CerQ’s presence in the market.
  • Manage the end to end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to align client needs with CerQ’s service offerings.
  • Track sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports, maintain CRM records, and represent the agency at client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, handle negotiations, and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or senior sales role, preferably within marketing, media, or agency environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on site in Jeddah.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
