Requirements
- Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and handle negotiations
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising services
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or senior sales role, preferably in marketing, media, or agency environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah

Role Description
- The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding CerQ’s presence in the market.
- Manage the end to end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to align client needs with CerQ’s service offerings.
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports, maintain CRM records, and represent the agency at client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, handle negotiations, and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising services.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or senior sales role, preferably within marketing, media, or agency environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
