- Develop marketing strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives and brand positioning
- Coordinate with creative, content, performance, and technology teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign performance
- Analyze data and KPIs, prepare client ready reports, and recommend improvements to enhance ROI and brand impact
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to new business proposals
- Support continuous improvement of CerQ’s marketing processes and service offerings
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in marketing strategy and campaign planning, including go to market plans, positioning, and integrated channel selection
- Experience coordinating digital and traditional marketing activities, such as social media, performance marketing, CRM, content, and events
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of marketing metrics to drive decision making and optimize campaign performance
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross functional teams (creative, content, tech, and client services) to deliver cohesive brand experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategies, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven project management capabilities, with strength in prioritization, time management, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working in an agency environment or with multiple brands is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager role based in Jeddah.
- The Marketing Manager oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand positioning.
- Day to day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, coordinating with creative, content, performance, and technology teams, and managing timelines, budgets, and campaign performance.
- The role involves analyzing data and KPIs, preparing client ready reports, and recommending improvements to enhance ROI and brand impact.
- The Marketing Manager also participates in client meetings, contributes to new business proposals, and supports continuous improvement of CerQ’s marketing processes and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in marketing strategy and campaign planning, including go to market plans, positioning, and integrated channel selection.
- Experience coordinating digital and traditional marketing activities, such as social media, performance marketing, CRM, content, and events.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of marketing metrics to drive decision making and optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross functional teams (creative, content, tech, and client services) to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategies, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven project management capabilities, with strength in prioritization, time management, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
- Experience working in an agency environment or with multiple brands is preferred; familiarity with AI, SEO, and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah, collaborate in a diverse team, and adapt quickly to evolving client needs and market trends.
