A leading international manufacturer of fire and life safety solutions is appointing a Regional Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia’s Western Province.
The product portfolio includes fire alarm systems, sprinkler monitoring, mass notification, emergency communication, and power products.
Role Location and Scope
- The role is based in Jeddah and works remotely while owning the Western Province territory.
- This is an individual contributor role reporting to regional leadership and involving customer meetings across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales performance and quota delivery across the Western Province.
- Develop territory plans covering new business and account growth.
- Build relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Drive product specification into project designs at the consultant stage.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders.
- Ensure products comply with Saudi Civil Defence, NFPA, and EN 54 requirements.
- Maintain pipeline forecasting and reporting.
- Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings across the region.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of fire and life safety product sales experience with a strong quota record.
- An established Western Province network across consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Local Jeddah market experience is essential.
- Technical understanding of fire alarm, detection, and life safety systems.
- Familiarity with NFPA, EN 54, and Saudi Civil Defence approval processes.
- Arabic fluency and English proficiency are required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- A valid Saudi driving licence and transferable iqama.
