- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the elevator and vertical transportation industry
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, contract execution, and project follow up
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and customer accounts
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to contractual obligations
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the elevator, escalator, vertical transportation, or electromechanical industry
- Proven experience in channel sales, distributor management, and business development
- Strong understanding of elevator products, modernization projects, maintenance contracts, and industry regulations
- Experience managing large projects and achieving sales targets
