- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and monthly revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the elevator and vertical transportation industry
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, contract execution, and project follow up
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and customer accounts
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to contractual obligations
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Experience in sales within the elevator or vertical transportation industry
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Strong relationship building skills with distributors, contractors, consultants, developers, and stakeholders
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project follow up
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Skills in coordinating with technical, operations, and project teams
