Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment and admissions operations.

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, driving enrollment and revenue targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete admissions cycle, from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to improve performance and conversions.
  • Monitor lead management and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students on programs and career pathways.
  • Analyze CRM data to track performance and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with academic and support teams for smooth student onboarding.
  • Participate in events, fairs, and promotional activities to drive student recruitment.
  • Prepare regular reports on admissions performance and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales.
  • Proven experience in managing or supervising a team.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE education market.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
