Job Purpose
Drive profitable logistics business across the region through Air Freight customer acquisition and account growth.
Onboard new customers, grow key accounts, and promote air freight solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for Air Freight services.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Promote customized air freight and logistics solutions.
- Manage key accounts and support long-term customer retention.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare quotations and pricing proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling across logistics services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Air Freight sales or the freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record in onboarding new customers and business development.
- Strong knowledge of import/export and air cargo operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
