Job Purpose
Lead air freight sales across the region by onboarding new customers, growing key accounts, and driving profitable logistics business.
The role focuses on air freight services, customer acquisition, account growth, and commercial sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for air freight services.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Promote customized air freight and logistics solutions.
- Manage key customer accounts and support long-term retention.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare quotations and pricing proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling across logistics services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in air freight sales or freight forwarding.
- Proven track record in onboarding new customers and business development.
- Strong knowledge of import/export and air cargo operations.
