About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Property Consultants / Sales Agents
- Drive individual and team sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Run weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, activity tracking, and performance follow ups
- Support agents with serious buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and high value deals
- Train agents on prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and area specialization
- Drive strong listing inventory across off plan, secondary, and leasing markets
- Ensure listings are accurate, active, compliant, and properly uploaded on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Maintain CRM discipline, including lead updates, calls, follow ups, viewings, and deal progress
- Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance updates for management
- Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, company SOPs, and required transaction documentation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Valid RERA Broker Card / Certification
- Previous experience as Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Property Consultant strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate including off plan and secondary markets
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage performance
- Experience coaching, motivating, and developing real estate agents
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and preparing sales reports
- Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Trakheesi, and Dubai real estate compliance preferred
- Existing network of clients, investors, landlords, developers, or agents is an advantage

- RE/MAX ZAM is looking for an experienced and target driven Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our team of Property Consultants across the Dubai real estate market.
- Hands on leadership role for someone who understands Dubai real estate, knows how to drive sales performance, and can support agents through lead conversion, negotiations, listings, client relationships, and closings.
