- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and private clients
- Source suitable properties based on client requirements across leasing and sales
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, existing databases, and company resources
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, inspections, and market consultations
- Advise clients on rental values, sale prices, market trends, ROI, community demand, and investment potential
- Negotiate leasing or sales terms between clients and property owners
- Maintain accurate client records, follow ups, and deal updates using the company CRM
- Achieve individual activity, viewing, sales, leasing, and transaction targets
Requirements
- For Leasing: Freshers and candidates with under 2 years of experience are welcome
- For Sales: Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience required
- Strong English communication skills required
- UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory
- Comfortable travelling across Dubai for viewings and client meetings
- Comfortable working in a purely commission based role
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate within 1–3 months

About the Role
- RE/MAX ZAM is looking for ambitious, motivated, and client focused individuals to join our growing real estate team as Private Client Advisors across both Sales and Leasing.

- We are hiring for two divisions: Private Client Advisor – Leasing (freshers or under 2 years) and Private Client Advisor – Sales (2+ years real estate experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and private clients.
- Source suitable properties based on client requirements across leasing and sales.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, existing databases, and company resources.
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, inspections, and market consultations.
- Advise clients on rental values, sale prices, market trends, ROI, community demand, and investment potential.
- Negotiate leasing or sales terms between clients and property owners.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active clients and property opportunities.
- Develop strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property types, market activity, and pricing trends.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow ups, and deal updates using the company CRM.
- Work closely with the listings, marketing, admin, and management teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Achieve individual activity, viewing, sales, leasing, and transaction targets.
- Deliver a high standard of professionalism, client service, and market knowledge throughout the full client journey.
Requirements
- For Leasing: Freshers and candidates with under 2 years of experience are welcome.
- For Senior Leasing: 2+ years experience, and prefer to stay in leasing.
- For Sales: Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, aviation, banking, retail, luxury sales, real estate, or investment advisory is an advantage.
- Dubai real estate experience is strongly preferred for Sales candidates.
- Area or community specialisation is a strong plus.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable travelling across Dubai for viewings, client meetings, inspections, and property visits.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Confident, presentable, professional, and client focused.
