Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexible packaging market across GCC and Africa
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate flexible packaging solutions
- Coordinate with production, technical, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related field
- Significant experience in sales and business development within the flexible packaging industry
- Strong understanding of flexible packaging products, manufacturing processes, and applications
- Proven track record of managing sales across the Gulf region and African markets
- Techno commercial expertise to discuss technical product specifications and commercial terms
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
