Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and market expansion for our flexible packaging products across the Gulf region and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexible packaging market across the GCC and Africa.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate flexible packaging solutions.
  • Coordinate with production, technical, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in sales and business development within the flexible packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of flexible packaging products, manufacturing processes, and applications.
  • Proven track record of managing sales across the Gulf region and African markets.
  • Techno commercial expertise with the ability to discuss both technical product specifications and commercial terms with customers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
