Job Description: Sales Manager – HR & Management Consultancy

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for accelerating business growth by winning new clients and expanding existing accounts.

The role focuses on positioning the organisation as a trusted partner for HR, recruitment, and management consulting services across the UAE.

This role is suited to a commercially focused individual who is confident managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value B2B opportunities.

1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Drive new business acquisition across sectors such as hospitality, retail, real estate, F&B, and corporate services.
  • Establish and manage a consistent sales pipeline across recruitment, HR outsourcing, training, and consulting services.
  • Lead client engagements through well-structured presentations, proposals, and solution discussions.
  • Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance.

2. Client Engagement & Account Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including HR leaders, executives, and business owners.
  • Regularly engage clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Ensure a high standard of service, driving client retention and long-term partnerships.

3. Market Analysis & Business Strategy

  • Track market activity, competitor positioning, and pricing trends within the UAE consultancy and HR services space.
  • Contribute insights to support strategic decision-making and service enhancement.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in areas such as outsourcing, RPO, training solutions, and HR transformation initiatives.

4. Commercial Proposals & Deal Closure

  • Prepare detailed commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage negotiations with key decision-makers and successfully close business opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally with recruitment and consulting teams to ensure effective service delivery.

5. Sales Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data within CRM systems, including pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, deal size, and pipeline health.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within recruitment, staffing, or HR consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and business landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships and closing revenue-generating deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of clients or HR professionals within the UAE.
  • Experience in HR outsourcing, RPO, or consulting services sales.
  • Previous involvement in team leadership or mentoring.
