- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM and other sales tools effectively
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai for client meetings and property visits

Role Description
- We are looking for an Off Plan Sales Expert. (Commission Based)
- This is a full time, on site Sales Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing property listings and viewings, negotiating offers and contracts, and ensuring a high standard of client service. The role also involves analyzing market trends, coordinating with developers and internal stakeholders, supporting marketing initiatives, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will be expected to uphold regulatory and compliance standards and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proven track record in real estate or related industries.
- Experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching sales professionals.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including developers, property types, and regulatory environment.
