Requirements
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with ability to interpret market trends and advise clients
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions
- Relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market or similar property environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel locally for client meetings and property viewings
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is advantageous but not mandatory

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Property Consultant will advise clients on residential, commercial, and investment properties, guiding them through each stage of the buying or leasing process.
- Daily responsibilities include identifying and listing properties, conducting viewings, responding to client inquiries, and preparing proposals and documentation.
- The role involves maintaining up to date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, building long term client relationships, and collaborating with developers and internal teams to meet sales targets.
- The Property Consultant is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and customer service while representing Rainbow Properties in the market.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and advise clients on suitable property options.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, negotiate effectively, and provide clear, timely information.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions in a competitive market.
- Relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market or a similar property environment is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time management abilities, is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic or other widely spoken languages in Dubai) are an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel locally for client meetings and property viewings are preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
