Requirements
- Experience within FMCG, beverages or similarly fast paced consumer goods environment
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience building business cases, financial models and growth plans
- Proven project management experience, leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Experience working with bottling partners, distributors or third party commercial partners
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Experience developing route to market, distribution or market entry strategies
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive, self starting approach and passion for identifying new opportunities

The Role
- Reporting to the VP of Bottler & Group Commercial Development, you will be responsible for leading new market entry projects from concept through to execution.
- Working closely with bottling partners and internal stakeholders, you will develop robust business cases, evaluate commercial opportunities, build route to market strategies and ensure successful market launches.
- This role will see you collaborate with teams across Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Finance and Marketing, acting as the key link between Monster Energy and strategic bottling partners.
