- Conduct training programs for Company’s sales staff and dealer salesmen
- Design and implement promotional schemes and launch new products in the territory
Requirements
- Experience in sales management, preferably in furniture or related industry
- Proven ability to lead and manage a large sales team (70+ sales force)
- Strong strategic thinking and innovative idea generation
- Experience in designing and implementing promotional schemes and launching new products
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities
- Shall be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory and for managing Company Showrooms, Dealers and Hospitality Customers.
- Shall be responsible for Business development including providing leadership to the Sales Team of more than 70 sales force, in the Middle East which comprises of Egypt, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and North Africa.
- Responsibility also includes designing different strategies for various markets including recruiting, training, team building, motivating, understanding market needs and launching new products for various segments.
- Should be a good thinker, strategist, team player and must come up with innovative ideas for improving business in the territory.
- Shall be also responsible for conducting training programs for Company’s sales staff and dealer salesman.
- Should design and implement promotional schemes and also launch new products in the territory.
