Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead our sales team and manage international clients.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong real estate sales experience and be fluent in multiple languages to cater to a diverse global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial properties
  • Manage relationships with local and international clients and investors
  • Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and successfully close deals
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales consultants to improve performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, partners, and developers
