Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the accounts receivable aging report, proactively following up on overdue invoices to minimize bad debt and ensure timely payments.
- Perform detailed reconciliation of customer accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records and build strong customer relationships.
- Process and post customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring all required information is included and adhering to company policies and procedures.
