Role Overview

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations professionally.
  • Maintain a robust CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and demand.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in sales working with REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS in UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to network, work autonomously and sell effectively.
  • Result driven and outstanding people skills.
  • Keep track of market / competitors.
  • Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese or German will be a plus.
  • Selling of LUXURY projects will be an advantage.
