- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations professionally
- Maintain a robust CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to generate leads
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and demand
- Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in sales working with REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS in UAE
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to network, work autonomously and sell effectively
- Result driven and outstanding people skills
- Keep track of market / competitors
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese or German will be a plus
- Selling of LUXURY projects will be an advantage

Role Overview
