Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across the APAC retail market
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities within Retail and eCommerce organizations
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and contract closure
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, and other senior business stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Presales, Delivery, and Solution teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets
- Represent the organization at industry events and strengthen market presence across the APAC region
- Stay up to date with retail technology trends, including Digital Commerce, Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, Omnichannel, and Supply Chain Transformation
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience within IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation
- Proven experience selling technology services rather than software licenses or hardware
- Strong hunter mentality with a successful track record of acquiring new logos and generating new business
- Experience selling into the Retail, eCommerce, Consumer Goods, or CPG sectors
- Demonstrated success closing 6–7 enterprise deals within the last 2–3 years
- Strong experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles and closing high value opportunities
- Previous experience selling across the APAC region with a strong understanding of local markets and business culture

About the Role
- We are partnering with a fast growing global technology consulting organization that helps leading retailers accelerate their digital transformation.
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager with a strong track record of winning new business across the Retail sector within the APAC region.
- This is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new clients and driving strategic growth by selling IT consulting, digital transformation, and technology services to enterprise retail organizations.

- Solid understanding of the Retail and eCommerce technology landscape.
- Demonstrated success closing 6–7 enterprise deals within the last 2–3 years.
- Strong experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles and closing high value opportunities.
- Previous experience selling across the APAC region with a strong understanding of local markets and business culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.

- Experience selling one or more of the following services: Digital Transformation, Custom Software Development, Cloud Solutions, AI & Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Digital Commerce Platforms, Application Modernization, Managed Services, Engineering Services.
