About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our Engineering Services business across the UAE market and EPCs.
  • This role is focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the Engineering, Industrial, Energy, and Plant sectors.
  • The ideal candidate will be a true hunter with a proven track record of winning new clients and building long term relationships with EPC contractors, engineering companies, and industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, engineering consultancies, industrial companies, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive new client acquisition and expand the company's presence within the Engineering Services sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Promote Engineering Services offerings including: Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Services, Process Engineering, Piping Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Project Engineering Support, Engineering Manpower Services, Procurement & Commissio
  • Work closely with delivery and technical teams to develop client specific solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor upcoming projects, EPC opportunities, and market developments across the UAE.
  • Maintain and leverage an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within Engineering Services.
  • Proven experience selling Engineering Services, Engineering Consulting, Technical Staffing, or Engineering Project Support Services.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and generating new business revenue.
  • Experience working with or selling into: EPC Contractors, EPCM Organizations, Engineering Consultancies, Industrial Manufacturing Companies, Energy & Utilities Organizations, Oil & Gas Companies.
  • Strong understanding of engineering project environments and outsourcing models.
  • Experience managing commercial negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions.
  • Established relationships within the UAE engineering and EPC market are highly desirable.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven record of winning new business.
  • Experience carrying individual sales targets and revenue quotas.
  • Existing network within UAE engineering, industrial, or EPC sectors.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Industry Background

  • Candidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors will be highly preferred: Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Process Industries, Petrochemicals, Manufacturing, Infrastructure Projects, EPC / EPCM Organizations.
