Overview
- Are you an FMCG sales leader with a passion for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering impactful commercial results?
- We’re looking for result-oriented and analytical problem solvers to take ownership of sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure strong in-market execution across assigned territories with excellent GCC coverage.
- What you’ll do:
- Drive and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer and distributor partnerships
- Manage key accounts and sales pipelines to deliver consistent performance
- Lead demand planning and forecasting in alignment with distributors and market trends
- Ensure strong market execution, including distribution, visibility, and availability
- Collaborate closely with marketing to implement trade promotions and activation plans
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, and market intelligence to optimize results
- What we’re looking for:
- 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG / consumer goods sales
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong understanding of distribution, trade dynamics, and market execution
- A results-driven and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships
- Strong stakeholder management with GCC market exposure
